DETAILS:

The Impact Head from Goldline is the culmination of years of research focused on developing a curling broom head that maximizes performance within the confines of the World Curling Federation's specifications.

Topologically efficient, the Impact Head is lightweight while maintaining its structural integrity to ensure that your downward pressure is maximized across the surface of your pad. Throughout the development process we modelled out the pressure profile and ran simulations on performance to ensure we remained focused on developing the best high performance curling broom head we have ever made.

On ice testing confirms that the Impact Head maximizes performance for carry, hold and carve.

The Impact Head comes equipped with our standard quick release hosel, ensuring compatibility with existing Goldline handles. We've also used a push button release system to allow for quick and easy pad replacement that is reliable enough to keep your pad in place where you need it.

If you are putting together a complete Impact Head, be sure to pick up an Impact Head, an Impact Pad Base, an Impact Foam and either an Impact Rec Sleeve or an Impact Pro Sleeve

IMPACT FOAM:.

• Individually packaged Impact Foam is available whether you are equipping yourself with an Impact head for the first time, or if your previous Impact foam needs to be replaced.
• Evader and Pulsar foams are certified to meet World Curling specifications when paired with an Impact Pro Sleeve.
• If you're putting together a complete Impact Head, you will need a head, a base, a foam and either a rec sleeve or a pro sleeve.
• Pulsar is the original Impact foam, and the foam that comes pre-installed on every Impact broom. It is softer and ideal for holding line on soft ice. Approved by World Curling for competitive play. 
• Evader is a firmer foam that is ideal for players with high upper body strength who will be carving. Approved by World Curling for competitive play. 
• Pursuer is a firmer foam with a black skin, offering the ultimate control for recreational play. Deemed too effective for competitive play by World Curling.

Testing has proven that the Impact curling broom maximizes performance for carry, hold and carve.

The Impact Pulsar Foam is the original Impact foam, and the foam that comes pre-installed on every Impact broom. It is softer and ideal for holding line on soft ice.

The Impact Evader Foam is a firmer foam, which is ideal for players with high upper body  strength who will be carving.

The Impact Pursuer is a firmer foam with a black skin, offering the ultimate control for recreational play. Pursuer foams are not approved by World Curling for competitive play.

The Impact Head is made up of 4 components, and is compatible with all Goldline handles. If you are putting together a complete Impact Head, be sure to pick up an Impact Head, a Impact Pad Base, an Impact Foam and either an Impact Rec Sleeve or an Impact Pro Sleeve.

The Impact curling broom is Certified to meet World Curling specifications and can be used in any competitive play that requires World Curling approved products, when using Pro Sleeves and either Evader or Pulsar foams.

IMPACT BASE: 

• The Impact Pad Base consists of two parts, both of which are required to connect the pad assembly to the head.
• Each package contains two identical pieces.
• You will need the two part base whether you are equipping yourself with an Impact Head for the first time, or your previous Impact Base needs to be replaced.
• Metal posts connect to the push button release in the Impact Head, allowing for quick and easy pad replacement

DETAILS:

In combination with the Impact Head, the Impact Pad Base is designed to distribute your downward force out through the entire pad assembly. This design maximizes the your impact on the ice for carry, hold and carve.

Each package consists of two identical parts, both of which are required to connect the pad assembly to the head. The two-part base is available if you are either equipping yourself with an Impact head for the first time, or if your previous Impact base needs to be replaced.
